The Te Moana-a-Toi | Bay of Plenty Network brings together local dispute resolution professionals for regular breakfast meetings held on the first Tuesday of each month in Tauranga. These meetings are convened by Emmolina May and held at Toi Ohomai Windermere Campus and offer an opportunity for connection, discussion, and professional development.
These gatherings are free to attend. Occasionally, an optional koha (donation) may be requested to help cover the cost of refreshments.

Emmolina is a fully qualified and registered quantity in New Zealand, bringing extensive local project experience from initial feasibility stages to final account closeout.
She has successfully managed a diverse array of complex construction projects across the country. Her portfolio spans land developments, buildings, manufacturing, transportation, 3 waters, and renewable energy.
Emmolina is also an accredited dispute resolution professional in New Zealand Construction industry, her comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry, combined with her unique dispute resolution approach, enables her to effectively mediate conflicts. This ensures mutually beneficial outcomes while maintaining positive relationships between all parties involved.
Apart from Emmolina’s industry practice, she is also teaching quantity surveying specialist courses such as Law and Contract, Procurement, and Contract Administration at various educational institutions across New Zealand.
