AMINZ welcomes our newest Fellows! Stuart Roberston, Rebecca Saunders, Kelly Quinn, and Kate Wiseman have been awarded Fellowship in Arbitration, the Institute’s highest credentialled status.

AMINZ Councillor Ann Skelton recently penned a piece for RNZ on the proposed dispute resolution scheme for schools. The dispute resolution panels were due to be set up by 2023 - a date that is looming closer and closer by the day.

It is with sadness that AMINZ advises our members of the passing of Sir Richard Ian Barker KC. Sir Ian was well-known to many of you, and his influence on the New Zealand legal landscape was significant.
